关于Caroline

An experienced patent administration manager and senior patent administrator, Caroline joined HLK in 1989 as a one of the founding members of the patent administration team. She was instrumental in setting up HLK’s internal patent administration procedures and involved in their ongoing development. Caroline and her team are dedicated to maintaining a high quality of service and client care, handling all aspects of patent formalities for a wide range of clients based in the UK and around the world.

Caroline’s role has developed with the growth of HLK’s patent administration team. She achieved the CIPA Certificate in Patent Administration in 1999 and was promoted from Senior Patent Administrator to Patent Administration Manager for the Chemical & Life Sciences team in 2005.

With many longstanding client relationships, Caroline and her team are focused on strengthening those relationships with a flexible approach, tailoring and streamlining procedures to suit specific client needs, whilst maintaining HLK’s robust case management safety checks.

Caroline believes the key to a great patent administration team is a collaborative working environment. She understands the importance of the training and mentoring aspects of her role and enjoys taking a keen interest in the development of her team.

As a trained Mental Health first aider Caroline is committed to the HLK Well ethos and enjoys relaxing with colleagues at the weekly lunchtime yoga classes.
