About Cécile

After graduating in physics and physical chemistry, along with a French diploma in introduction to research and a Franco-German university prize, Cécile Bacca worked for several years in research at the University of Constance in Germany, gaining experience in the fields of mesoscopic physics, cryogenic and vacuum physics, microscopic sample production processes and sensor systems. The international collaboration and enriching exchanges with other researchers and students during this time fostered a deep passion for research and innovation.

In 2012, Cécile qualified as a German patent attorney and gained industry experience in the field of computer tomography, patent portfolio management and employee inventor compensation. Cécile then provided several years freelance services for various German IP firms, collaborating with colleagues and clients worldwide across a broad spectrum of technologies including physics, mechanical engineering, microscopy, computer tomography, medical devices, sensor systems, cryogenics and software.

At HLK, Cécile leverages her technical and legal expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to provide tailored assistance to clients in intellectual property matters.
